Hot off the press from the City of Las Vegas' YouTube channel is this video highlighting the new large scale projects coming to the Arts District.
The old S2Art Building at 1 E Charleston has finished renovation and secured Craft Creamery by the owners of Ser-Veh-Zah who also have opened a new restaurant, Mi Barrio, at 1307 S. Charleston
The Evel Knievel Museum is relocating from Kansas to the old Mission Linen Building on Coolidge and 1st Streets. Also in this building will be Heavy Metal Pizza Party, the flagship retail and roasters for Mothership Coffee.
In the same area, replacing the Arts Factory parking lot will be a new multi-story parking lot with almost 900 spaces and the Neon Museum relocating to the top two floors.
And speaking of parking, another lot on Utah and Casino Center will be home to another multi-story parking lot.
For music lovers Audio Bar LV is opening at 1021 S. Main. A listening bar during the day, this venue will be a party bar at night.
We also have multi-story residential buildings being constructed at 1200 S. 3rd Street (Southern Land Company's Vegas Arts District with 337 apartments plus 8,600 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space) and 123 W. Imperial (Cedar Street's The Flats Arts District with 311 units and 5,100 sq.ft. of retail).
The Arts District Food Park is building out on 105 W. Wyoming and will be a permanent location hosting a variety of food trucks inside and outside.
Last up on the video is a shout out for Bar Ginza, Palate, Swan Dive and The Brewhouse on Main at 1301 S. Main The Colorado.
