Josh Kellman serves as Board President of 18b The Las Vegas Arts District, where he leads both the Fund 501(c)(3) and the Association 501(c)(4) through a comprehensive transformation in governance, institutional partnerships, and strategic vision. Since assuming the role, he has worked to position the Arts District as the cultural anchor of downtown Las Vegas — advancing affordable artist housing, catalyzing the Gateway District corridor initiative, and building deep working relationships with the City of Las Vegas, including Mayor Shelley Berkley, Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz, and the City's Economic & Urban Development department. His leadership has aligned 18b with the district's unprecedented residential and commercial growth, welcoming major development partners including Southern Land Company, CEDARst, and Nevada's top economic development agencies.

Under his leadership, 18b has earned national recognition — including a featured placement in The New York Times and small business roundtable hosted by U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.

Professionally, Josh is the Founder and CEO of Voicebox, a strategic consulting firm serving hospitality, healthcare, and professional services organizations. His 25+ year career spans enterprise engagements with Apple, Microsoft, Toyota, Edwards Lifesciences, Howard & Howard, Payden & Rygel, and UNLV.

He also serves on the Mayor's Fund for Las Vegas LIFE board and the advisory board of the Forever One Memorial.
