About Izaac

Izaac Zevalking is an acclaimed artist predominantly known for his body of satirical art created under the name Recycled Propaganda. He has operated under this pseudonym since 2013, in this time, he has taken the Vegas art scene by storm.  Illustrating thousands of iconic digital images, from which, a plethora of original artworks, murals and merchandise have been created. Notable installations include Omega Mart inside Area15, The Chandelier inside The Cosmopolitan, and the poker room at Resorts World. His continued success culminated in 2019 with the opening of “Recycled Propaganda” - his flagship gallery in the arts district. Since its inception, the gallery has rapidly become a beating heart of the downtown creative community. Having hosted over 50 external art exhibitions and currently representing over 40 local artists, in 2025 it was recognized as “Best Art Gallery” by the Las Vegas Weekly.
