About Shelly

I'm honored to be a member and look forward to working with you all!

Shelly is the owner of Neon Desert Vintage and an enrolled member of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone. A longtime Las Vegas community advocate, she brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership, cultural programming, and event development.

Shelly has helped grow the UNLV Powwow and co-created Vintage & Vinyl in Las Vegas, an ongoing community event bringing together vintage, music, local artists, and small businesses.

As an Arts District business owner, Shelly is passionate about strengthening connections across the district, creating engaging community experiences, and making space for Indigenous artists and voices.
