The Arts District @ 18b is the reason that one would want to patronize downtown Las Vegas, have a meal, meet a friend or even live. As 18b is the hippest district in Southern Nevada. The core of the neighborhood encompasses diversity, vision, creativity and the spirit of the artist, whether your choice medium reflect on a canvas, on a sheet of music or in the development of a building or new business venture. New visions & new ideas to spark creativity who visit the district or call it home.

The 18b name arises from the original 18 blocks designated as the Las Vegas Arts District. The name is unique and concise and calls immediate attention to the Arts District’s physical dimensions. 18b connotes the address of a space for living or working, encouraging further development of the artists” residences and studios. 18b is comfortable and suggests home. It encourages ownership and creates a sense of community pride. 18b is unique in its usage, as unique as the Arts District itself. Welcome to 18b.

Mission
The mission of the 18b Las Vegas Arts District Neighborhood Association is to promote the Arts District by encouraging the arts in general, as well as the enhancement of existing businesses, while encouraging new pedestrian-oriented commercial, professional, and residential growth within the neighborhood.

History
The Las Vegas Arts District is an approximate 18-block neighborhood located in the area south of downtown Las Vegas, roughly bounded by Commerce Street, Hoover Avenue, 4th Street, Las Vegas Boulevard and Colorado Avenue. Of course, The Las Vegas Arts District is more than a physical boundary. For everyone who lives, works or visits here, 18b is a shared vision, for which no boundaries apply.
